Nevada 30 percent decrease in foreclosure filings in February

PrintThe state of Nevada had a 30% decrease in the number of foreclosure filings in February 2010 compared to February of last year.
However, this did not change Nevada's position as the state with the highest foreclosure rate in the nation. One in every 102 housing unit still received a foreclosure notice in February, accoding to RealtyTrac.
A total of 11,035 housing units received a foreclosure filing for the month.
