The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage for the Southwestern United States was 4.78 percent.

According to Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey for the week of June 3, the fee or points for this 30-year fixed rate mortgage averaged 0.70 percent.

The average rate for the 15-year fixed rate mortgage was 4.19 percent, with 0.60 percent point, while the 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage averaged 4.10 percent with 0.60 percent point.
